Account & Registration

Registering a jd999 account is free and takes less than 3 minutes. Click the "Register" button at the top of the website, fill in the required details including your username, active Malaysia mobile number, email, and password. After submitting the form, you will receive an OTP code to verify your phone number. Enter the code and your account is ready to use. For your first withdrawal, you will need to complete KYC verification by uploading a valid identity document.

The minimum age to register and use the jd999 platform is 18 years. This is a legal requirement and our platform policy. All accounts are subject to age verification, and jd999 reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage. We are committed to responsible gaming practices and do not permit access to individuals under the legal age.

No, each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at jd999. Owning multiple accounts is a violation of our platform's Terms and Conditions. If the system detects duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all related accounts may be suspended and balances as well as bonuses will be forfeited. If you are experiencing issues with an existing account, please contact our customer support for assistance.

To update account details such as your email or phone number, log in to your account and go to "Profile Settings". Changes to your phone number and email require additional identity verification via an OTP sent to your old details first, followed by confirmation of the new details. If you no longer have access to your old number, contact our 24/7 support with a valid identification document for manual assistance.

Our team will review and credit the funds within 1 working hour.

Bonuses & Promotions

New jd999 members are eligible for a welcome package worth up to RM 1,000 in the form of a first deposit bonus, plus 50 free spins for selected slots. This bonus is credited automatically after your first deposit is successfully processed. Please read the wagering requirement before claiming the bonus to understand the conditions before a withdrawal is permitted.

Wagering requirement refers to the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings can be withdrawn. All wagering requirements for every jd999 promotion are clearly stated on the respective promotions page and also in the Terms and Conditions.
